I called to ask about their location as I wanted to add a driver to my contract I was told I could add at any location. Ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring....no answer. Not happy. Phones are the lifeblood of profit. What if I had of been a new or potentially new client? I would have called the next car rental company. It's important not to let your phone ring off the hook. Answer and ask if you can place the person on hold.
No one picked up the phone, not even to say "Please hold".
