My experience at the Hilton Location was not good. Was not greeted or even acknowledged when I walked in. Tried to reserve car in person was told you do on line. Experience in Wilmington, where I dropped off vehicle, was excellent as usual. Vehicle was in good shape and price was fair.
I had a great experience with enterprise. They rented to me a 2017 excursion fully loaded it was a wonderful ride. I had the vehicle for 5 day's and I didn't want to give it back. Thank you for making my first time renting a car as great as it was.
I am giving 3 stars solely because they seem rather unorganized. The phone was ringing the entire time I was sitting there and while there seemed to be 7 or so people around, only 2 were actually helping people. This could be due to them being very busy which may not be the average so I have to say that while very slow they were easy to work with.
Way way too expensive and did not communicate charges to me up front! Gross! But you know what? There's an expression I love to use around here. It's "Go ahead... Do what you .. Want to do" :)
Guy at front desk is very rude. Did not help me at all was a smartass and when I asked him to call someone as a favor for me he refused. Was not helped at all and walked out with no car. Do not come to this place. People behind us got in an argument with the man as well.
