While the staff when I finally found this center were nice enough getting information about my package was not easy. Because of previous issue of a package being returned before the 5 day window, I wanted to call to be sure it was still there. There is no phone number. Another, more convenient, UPS location had to be pushed to call and save me the drive to the island. The directions provided by the website left me well short of the destination. 3 different searches on two devices finally got me there. The number on the notice is practically worthless in locating the package.
UPS Service centers makes it very convenient to ship or receive packages, u can choose to have your packages delivered or pick them up when its convenient for you........

Ups in hhi sucks. The drivers always leave my package down the street from my house!!! Really how stupid people are these days.
