This place is always great, which i add before i go any farther they've got a coupe different types of rooms. Example : as with most places you've got your regular rooms, then upgraded rooms, plus also your suites and all that plus + which this location has some of the best rooms on the island. Suites are absolutely amazing two room plus extra since bathroom & sink, then also a complete kitchenette with everything you need included! Both tier 1 an tier 2 rooms are by far some of nicest on Hilton Head Island
Great and friendly staff. Whenever there was a small issue, they fixed it. Perfect location, it's in walking distance of a Walgreens, Burger King, ETC. It is also just a few minutes from the beach. There is an odd smell in the room but it isn't bad, just not what I'm used to. I would definitely recommend especially for such a low price.
The staff was quite nice, as well as the lobby. But that was the best part. The room I was in had a broken mirror with an antique looking counter and the sanitary conditions were not the best but livable for a night at most. Besides that I also found a full chicken in my freezer by the previous guests. Also outside noise is clear to hear. Because I did not feel safe and other such things I will have to give a 2 star rating at most.
We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The Management is excellent and a nice breakfast. The rooms are nice and appear to be in a process of being updated. We had a suite which was a nice surprise. The room was clean. We will stay here again. Also pets are welcome.
