Rented two bikes and a trailer Monday July 24th an hour into our bike ride my bike broke.They did come out as fast as they could to swap out bikes for us.After that we were in our parking lot and mom wrecked into the fence and screwed her arm and back up pretty good to the point she couldn't ride anymore.I called Bike Doctor and told them that we wanted to turn the bikes back in because we weren't going to ride anymore the rest of week.We've had them for about three hours at this time.I was told they would come get them and give us a pro-rated amount.Well of course the whole week went by and they didn't get the bikes and charged us the full amount.I won't rent from them anymore.

Our recent trip to Hilton Head proved more than an adventure. We were in a real bind, literally, as my right shoe's cleat was permanently stuck in the Shimano clip on a brand new bike. My husband was fortunately riding behind me when I realized I could not unclip my shoes to dismount at a stopping point. I headed for the nearest tree as my husband approached from behind to grab me so that I would not fall and become injured. He untied my shoe, and I was able to wriggle my foot out. I waited while he rode back to the hotel to get our vehicle, which had a bike rack. A friendly cyclist stopped by to help me as I waited in the pine straw with one shoe- he took out his tools a d tried to help me, but it was no use. He then highly recommend The Bike Doctor, hoping they might still be open, as it was a Sunday. Lucky for me they were open
