After attempting to work with a few other bike shops we came across this one. With being from Michigan, our family was in a position where renting bikes was not a option with the time frame of three months we were working with, yet buying bikes really wasn’t what we needed because we owned 5 bikes back home. Road fish was more than happy to work with my husband and I and our situation to get us into something that would work for us. Robert was very kind and patient as we looked through our options in the store. After making our puchases he delivered and helped myself, my husband and my three boys fit onto the bikes so they were safe. Not only that Robert was cheering on our kids and their success in learning :)) we defiantly are pleased with the service we received and will return for future needs!!! Thank you again Robert for your time.
Rude on the phone. Called today to see about renting bikes for our trip. Have used these guys for the past two summers and they have been fantastic. Guy that answered the phone said they no longer deliver to Sea Pines. If you don't deliver to Sea Pines hows about updating your website? Being rude on the phone does not bring in customers. You guys have now lost my business.
Bought a bike for my wife on Saturday and had it delivered in her size by Wednesday so she got to enjoy it for the rest of the week. The guys there spotted some things on my my bike that could be better and adjusted it while we were in the store. Much more friendly than the other bike store on the island, which unfortunately is where I bought my bike from.
Over the years I bought bicycles, had repairs done, and purchased accessories and was always satisfied with Road Fish Bike Shop. They did an upgrade (handle bars, grips, risers, shifter, etc.) to my Trek 5200 carbon fiber bike which made a world of difference in my riding comfort. Always friendly staff and easy to talk to. Never any pressure to buy anything that you don't need.
