Totally defeats the purpose of shipping something when you have to chase the package down when they don’t leave it if you aren’t home. Packages that don’t require signatures should be left at the address. Most inconvenient shipping company ever.
I have sent no less than 100 packages from this location and have always been presented with hospitality!

I was told i was supposed to be getting my phone on Friday from FedEx and i never got it I`ve called twice and nothing new i live in Beaufort people its only a 46 minute ride i mean come on
Ordered a item to be signed for on delivery, driver dropped a tag that said we missed delivery. Took the tag in the next day and they claimed they had delivered package and was signed for and couldn't figure out why I had a tag. I told them I never signed for anything and there only response was that I should take out a claim. All I can figure is they have some theives working for them.
