We had a ridge vent section damaged by hurricane Matthew. We contacted Jason at Raintight Roofing and he responded the next day and had the roof repaired within three days. The work was professional and very responsive given the amount of work the company had at the time. This guy knows his profession.
Jason did our roof two months before the hurricane. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and workmanship. The finished product was perfect. He really puts the customer first.
Raintight Roofing repaired our roof after the hurricane. They found other issues with our roof and committed to coming back to repair them. I called them at least five times and the receptionist told me that Jason would call me back ... he never called. I finally talked to Jason and he committed to coming to our home to provide a quote. He never came. I contacted another company who came and fixed the roof the same day at a good price. RainTight has very poor customer service. They lost a good customer.
True pros in what they do. We had a new construction roof added on our new addition and a reroof on the existing house tied in with it. They also set new vents and 3 VELUX Skylights! Very clean, respectful, fast and hard working group. I would highly recommend Rain Tight for any project. The attention to detail was amazing. We are very happy that Rain Tight was able to provide this professional care. They do it right the FIRST TIME!!!!
Thanks to Matthew I now need another new roof. Jason has spent much time working with the Insurance company to make sure I get everything that I am entitled to. I would not think of anybody but Jason for the job.
We hired Raintight Roofing to deal with a leak in our windows which lead to a new roof, new skylights, etc. They were incredibly professional, the work was excellent but most of all the level of service was/is untouchable! What is considered to be great service to most is not good enough for them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
