Joseph was so helpful and straight to the point. After being jerked around by public storage he made our day. Both parking and regular storage for a great price and a nice and clean area. We are very happy!

Edit***The manager refunded us a months rent for the trouble and offered help moving items downstairs until the elevator was fixed with a days notice.
Our family recently sold their house and moved into an apartment. Needless to say we needed a place to keep our extra "Stuff'. After extensive research we found that Beach City Self Storage best suited our needs. It is climate controlled, well kept and provided the space and security we needed. Angie and her staff there have been very kind and of great help with our needs.
The elevator was broken before the evacuation making it near impossible to load up the units. Then they've still not fixed them a month later. It's very difficult to maneuver things from a second floor unit through small doors and stairs. Highly disappointed.
Love this storage place. Humidity controlled and 24-hr access. Prices a little bit high though
