THE WORST Dominos on the East Coast. I travel extensively and this really is the WORST Dominos between FL and MA.
*employees never answer phone. Call to complain all you want you will never get to say anything. You can ever order carryout and wait in the store and see them literally ignore phone for the whole time your there.
*food may come cold and or missing sometime like the breadsticks, soda or sauces you paid for.
You are horrible. I called and ordered my food at 4:00 and its now 8:15. I keep calling and you keep picking up and hanging up on me. I'm going to be coming in there tomorrow and we are going to have problems. I have never had such horrible service in my life. Yous give dominos a bad name. Your disrespectful for picking up and just hanging up. I am so disgusted. I will never order from yous again. Not that yous care about your customers.
*twice I've had pizza completely smashed aa if it was dropped deliberately on the floor and scooped together. We did get a remake for free.
Waited over 2 hours and still no food on a Monday night in the off season. App said my food was cooked over an hour ago. Called twice, on hold for over 10 minutes each time. No answer.
For the most part I put up with all of this because I don't like pizza hut pizza's however what drove me over the line was once on a Saturday I had order around 1pm. Only for the to arrive at 9:45 pm. The drivery even stood there with a grin and said "sorry it took so long." It had been 9 hours and I had completely forgotten I ordered in the first place. NEVER AGAIN!!! Pizza was also ice cold. Like waiting on shelf for 9 hours cold. Not even remade or reheated before it went out. I called on the drivers phone because i know they wouldnt answer otherwise. and only then did the manager say he would remake em and send them. AND IT WOULD ONLY BE HALF OFFFFFF. And that point I expected free pizza for a month at least. DON'T EVER ORDER HERE. ORDER PAPA JOHNS
There are currently over 100 reviews and this place has a 1 star rating. There is a good and valid reason for that. This location is terrible. Ordered at 1pm on a Sunday and did not get the food until after 2:30 when it said ETA of 12-27 minutes.
Corporate: Enforce your franchise agreements! These people are killing your reputation.
Ordered pizza at 8:44. Got it at 10:30. Called the store at 10:08 looking for it and got treated very crappy on the phone. I asked for an ETA, I get told they don't track their drivers? I said my food is already 20 mins late that's all you got for me, it's out for delivery? I ask his name he's evasive I ask for a manager he tells me he's the manager while I hear some other guy flipping out and screaming in the background. I asked for them to call the driver, they tell me no... Hey jackwang, your company ADVERTISES pizza tracker, and your late...don't treat me like I'm the wrong party when I call with a legit customer service complaint! Would give zero stars if I could and will never order from here again. Pizza was cold and gross by the time it got here. Ugh, never again...EVER. by the way, I'm a Google guide, nitwit. I'm going to tell EVERYONE I know how shabby I was treated in the phone too...including corporate when they follow up on the complaint I have already filed. Merry Christmas.

Just order Fat Baby's or go to another restaurant.
*Insane delivery time. I have dozens of stories where I would wait at LEAST 2-3 hours. So I generally ordered mid day around 3 or 4 to get it in time for a 6 or 7 dinner.
*once driver said he didn't have any change to break a $20. I ordered just a sandwhich for a total of $11

*mysteriously cancelled orders without explaintion. Don't pay with credit card unless you want to drive to store to argue for your mone back or at the very least your pizzas you ordered.
