The owners are fantastic people. But my fridge is noisy. The people at corporate Sears will not help but the owners of this outlet are doing their best to take care of it. I'll update if / when things are resolved.

Update: Corporate Sears refused to address my problem. They said it's normal for the fridge to make loud buzzing. But the owners of this outlet store allowed me to exchange my fridge anyway for a different one, even though I was passed the 30 day period. Thanks so much!!! I'll definitely be coming back here whenever I need any more appliances.
