I was amazed at the customer service I received when calling A Floral Affair at the last minute for a floral emergency! They were courteous and helped us get an arrangement together - and didn't rip us off - even though they could have!
I cannot adequately express our gratitude to all of your for the magnificent job you did on Amanda and Tom's rehearsal dinner and wedding this past weekend. We knew it would be beautiful but in our wildest dreams we never imagined it would be that spectacular. There was not one detail missed. The centerpieces for both events were beyond gorgeous- the linens were beyond compare. The girls bouquets and Amanda's bouquet were exquisite. The canopy design on the beach was like something from a movie. The candy bar was a vision of delicious goodness!! You took Amanda's dream and made it a reality. On top of that, every one of you was a delight to work with and be around. Your energy and enthusiasm added to the beauty of the event. Planning a wedding from a distance can be a bit overwhelming but we felt an immediate connection and were comfortable with you the first time we spoke. We knew at that moment we were in good hands. You did not disappoint. As we look at the photos from the day- we notice more and more details of your work. Words cannot describe how absolutely beautiful everything was not only for the wedding but for the rehearsal dinner. The beauty of your work brought tears to our eyes- absolutely breathtaking!! Very unprofessional! My mother and I sat down with Dawn for over an hour and 1/2. During that meeting, she also reassured us that if she were going to book the date or meet with any other couple, she would let us know well in advance before she even had the discussion. It then took her almost 1 month after that meeting to build us a quote. When she finally got back to us with a number, it was outrageous and almost as if she was confused with what we asked for and had added line items that we didn't even request. When responding to the quote within 1 week of its receipt, she had simply said that she had already booked the date with another couple. It was a huge waste of time - please don't make the same mistake we did!
Hands down the most beautiful flowers and most creative arrangements I have ever seen in my life. This is the only place in the area I will order flowers. The team at A Floral Affair are the absolute best at what they do – very creative, unique, and they go the extra mile to deliver for their clients.
My husband ordered carnations for my birthday today. They were very pretty, but one bunch of a dozen carnations cost $80. I was speechless. I cant imagine any set of flowers costing that much!
The flowers were gorgeous and exactly what we were looking for.
