I wouldn't take my baby anywhere else. My car takes care of me and Sam & Jeremy make sure my car is taken care of. They are always informative and straight forward. Their staff is very helpful and reliable to do an awesome job. The whole organization communicates well and always does a great job.
While visiting Hilton Head Island, my air conditioner stopped working. After checking google, Beachside Tire & Auto was one of the highest rated auto repair shops on the list. The ratings were really great so I decided to take my car there. Sam was very nice and was able to make me an appointment that day. They checked my car and found that I needed a new compressor. Sam handled everything with my warranty and issued another for the part he put in. Same definitely went the extra mile by scheduling an Uber to take us back to our condo and pick us back up the next day! Now the a/c works great! Very, very pleased!!!
This week I came to this shop not having a clue what was wrong with my car. The gentleman who helped me out was amazing at answering all of my questions and explaining to me what we could do. I walked in, waited about 7 minutes before I handed over my keys and 25 minutes later the battery was replaced and I was on my way! The friendliest staff, comfortable waiting room, and the experts that work here really make this not just your average machanic shop! Thank you so much I can't tell you how much I appreciate you guys helping me out! Hopefully I won't be back soon, but if I have a problem I know just where to go!

I was referred to Beachside Tire by a friend and I am very happy that I went to see Sam. I needed some extensive engine repairs and had to trust that I was getting good guidance from the mechanics at Beachside. I got a very clear list of must haves, a list of suggestions and a reasonable explanation of why they were suggested and options for how to move forward with no pressure to do anything. I left my jeep for the week while out of the country and then came hurricane Irma. Sam kept me updated by email and made arrangements to make sure my jeep wasn't in pieces during the evacuation. During the repair, John identified a couple other issues and was able to correct everything and still stay within my original quote. In the end I got my Jeep back in perfect working order, ahead of schedule, and on budget. Couldnt be happier with the service and the sense that I was treated fairly and got honest straightforward information. I want at least another 100,000 miles on this jeep and I will trust Beachside to make sure I get it.
