DO NOT GO HERE! I HAD to pick a star or this wouldn't post. worst store EVER! the rudest cashier - rolling her eyes at the girl in front of me, throwing up her hands in the air like she was praying to Jesus! absolutely horrible and manager did nothing. I walked out after seeing the cashier and her horrible manners. we will NEVER go back. (don't know her name but long dreads and long nails).
Worst ever. Asked for caramel blueberry swirl watched her try to give me a caramel shot, nothing comes out and she carries on as if it did. I try my coffee and it tastes nothing like the day before so I ask for the swirl that I wanted and I’m met with attitude from the entire staff, the girl who made asked me what’s wrong I told her it didn’t have any flavor to it, she told me I was wrong and she made it right. The large I ordered , the coffee was about three inches short from the top. I order the iced coffeees and tell her how many sugars and creams, she rings in cream and sugar, goes to start making them and both times asks me what they’re getting. Absolutely horrible, I love DD, I’m on vaca for a week, would have gone here every morning, but I will never return. Someone who might have possibly been a manager gave me just as much attitude as the staff. Seriously gas station coffee would be better and less frustrating, save yourself the time and don’t waste your money here. Wish I could rate negative stars.
My husband ordered me a coffee... med, light with 2 pink sweeteners. He also ordered me a multigrain bagel toasted and extremely light on the butter. What did he receive? Med coffee BLACK, no sweetener of any kind... the bitter sludge at the bottom of the pot and a multigrain bagel so thick with butter it was still solid on the bagel. Disgusting. We are on vacation and thank god we will not be returning to this Dunkin Donuts... EVER.
OMG, All I wanted was a Medium coffee with Caramel Swirl and 4 pump of Sugar, So I can Start My Day as Usual. But I Swear you have to have good work ethic, as well as good performance and Knowledge to Serve great customer service working in any work environment . So, I got back just a Regular Black coffee with a tab bit of Cream!. Instead, of y'all rushing customer orders and taking there Money, At least make Sure they satisfy. But look like I'm satisfy at Starbucks
They are out of both cold brew and decaf iced coffee. Only 4 choices of bagels left. Waited 15 minutes to get order of 2 sandwiches. A tractor trailer driver was eating behind the counter. Not efficient or friendly service. Will not be back.
